Content Pipeline for a Food Media Studio

A food media company was maxed out at 12 recipes a month. We built an AI pipeline for recipe drafting, brand-voice copywriting, and visual references that let them more than double their output.

The problem

Each recipe package took 6-8 hours of pre-production: writing the recipe from scratch, reformatting copy for each client's style guide, and curating reference images for shoots. The team was turning down contracts because they couldn't produce fast enough.

What we built

We built a three-stage pipeline: (1) recipe generation from ingredient lists or concept briefs, matching dietary requirements, (2) a style-transfer system that rewrites drafts in each client's brand voice, and (3) a visual reference generator for mood boards and plating concepts. Everything feeds into their existing project management tool.

What changed

Pre-production time dropped from 6-8 hours to under 2 hours per recipe. They went from 12 to 25+ recipes a month without hiring. Writers focus on creative development and testing instead of first drafts.
