The problem

What we built

We built an automation pipeline using ExtendScript and data merge templates. Estimators enter project details into a simple form — materials, pricing, photos. The system generates a branded, multi-page proposal with proper layouts, pricing tables, and imagery. What took hours now takes under 3 minutes.
